Terms of Service
By downloading or using the Masarif application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
1. App Usage
Masarif provides a free offline service for tracking expenses and managing personal finances. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Since the App is offline, you are also responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
2. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the App together with the underlying software code are owned by Masarif Team.
3. Restrictions
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Masarif Team shall not be held responsible for any financial decisions made based on the information provided by the App. We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.
5. Ads and Third Parties
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the practices of the advertisers.
6. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Masarif Team operates.
